Capgemini Guatemala is looking for a transition manager!

What will you do in this role?

-Influence and shape transition solutions, working with bid team, solution analysts and architects.
-Define our projects' approach, scope, milestones, success criteria, deliverables, risks, contingencies and allocating appropriate resource requirements ensuring that quality assurance activities are embedded.
-Create a value proposition in collaboration with our clients to that highlight the advantages of the organization’s service, proposing solutions that meet or exceed our clients' needs and expectations.
-Estimate the cost and extension of new projects.
-Locate and identify assets to put new projects in motion.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience working as a senior transition manager.
- Experience executing the above tasks within the BPO, financial or technology industry is extremely desired.
- Exposure interacting with corporate international stakeholders.
- Certifications in PMP, Lean Six Sigma or Scrum are a huge plus.
- Proficiency using MSProjects, Smarthseets or any other similar software is desired.
- Availability to travel if needed.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
