Capgemini Guatemala is looking for an HR Data Analyst!
Role overview:
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key HR metrics.
Collaborate with HR team members to define data requirements and create meaningful analyses that drive strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
5+ years of reporting experience
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data findings to diverse audiences.
Experience with HR metrics and analytics is a plus.
