What you will do:
• Coordinates the Master calendar for the functional area
• Coordinates the agenda and calendar of the Director/GM
• Tracks and coordinates calendars for one or more individuals and schedules meetings
• Provides administrative support for on site meetings to include meeting planning & logistical
coordination with people from multiple locations and/or functions.
Adept at coordinating meetings using new technologies and is a power-user and training
resource for new meeting technologies – video/audit/net conferencing
• Manages internal communications for the functional area
• Communicates clearly and effectively in verbal, written and electronic media
• Initiates and composes both routine (schedules, letters, memos, e-mails) and non-routine
correspondence (surveys, minutes, project plans, announcements and continuous improvement
ideas) with significant narrative
• Creates and/or edit presentations including formats, layouts, and content with attention to
details and with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree studying the last years of university career
• At least 3 years as Administrative Assistant or similar positions
• English proficiency
• High expertise in google tools (presentations, sheets, calendar)
