Job Title: Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer interactions, providing support to our clients, conducting employee satisfaction calls, and performing data entry tasks across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is analytical, solutions-oriented, and possesses exceptional customer service skills. Advanced English proficiency and a flexible work schedule are required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Support:
• Answer and redirect incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
• Provide professional and empathetic customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
2. Employee Satisfaction Assessment:
• Conduct outbound calls to employees to gather feedback on their satisfaction and work experience.
• Analyze feedback and provide actionable insights to improve employee engagement.
3. Data Entry and Administrative Support:
• Accurately input and update information in the company’s systems across various departments.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
4. Problem Solving & Analysis:
• Analyze customer and employee concerns to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Work proactively to resolve issues and improve processes for better outcomes.
5. Flexibility & Collaboration:
• Support other administrative tasks as needed, adapting to evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operations and information flow.
Qualifications:
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative support roles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying business needs.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in employee satisfaction surveys or HR-related tasks.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
