Job Summary:
Behavior Treatment Analysis is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our finance department. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the finance team with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in bookkeeping practices, and has advanced English language skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Recordkeeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations in a timely manner.
2. Account Reconciliation:
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
3. Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and generate financial reports as required by the finance department or management.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial summaries.
4. Compliance and Auditing:
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Support audits by providing required documentation and information.
5. Administrative Support:
• Collaborate with the finance department to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide administrative assistance related to financial activities, including data entry and document organization.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Advanced English language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with healthcare billing and finance processes is a plus.
• Experience with payroll processing and tax filings.
