The Presales and Pricing Analyst will be responsible for developing competitive commercial proposals by analyzing costs, margins, and pricing strategies. This role will closely collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure the proposed solutions are profitable and aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Design pricing models based on operational costs, business objectives, and market conditions.
2. Evaluate profit margins and profitability to ensure competitive proposals.
3. Collaborate with the commercial team to create customized proposals for potential clients.
4.Prepare and present financial and pricing analyses during presales meetings.
5.Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive strategies.
6.Create and maintain databases of costs, rates, and existing contracts.
7.Generate periodic reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing and commercial proposals.
8.Work with operations to identify efficiencies that reduce costs and enhance competitiveness.
9.Coordinate with finance to validate cost and margin calculations.
10. Provide support to the sales team during contract negotiations and closures.


Key Skills:

1. Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, data analysis).
Knowledge of analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar (preferred).
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERPs.

2. Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into effective commercial strategies.
Capacity to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

3. Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across diverse areas.
