ROMP Programs Department
Background:
The Range of Motion Project (ROMP) is an international nonprofit organization with the mission of ensuring access to high-quality prosthetic care for underserved people, improving their mobility and independence. ROMP provides prosthetic care and community-based rehabilitation to patients via permanent operations in Guatemala, Ecuador, and the United States.
Position Purpose:
The CPO is responsible for ensuring excellence across ROMP’s portfolio of programs. Specifically, they lead the Programs Department in
1) ensuring an effective flow of materials, information, volunteers, and grants to program operators and
2) evaluating the effectiveness of programs and advising program operators on continual improvement and growth.
Responsibilities for the CPO, but are not limited to, the following:
Global Supply Chain
Volunteer Programs
Monitoring & Evaluation
Information Systems
Programmatic Grants
Program Consulting
Eligibility Requirements:
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
Willingness to work as an independent contractor.
Willingness to work extraordinary days/hours, as required, throughout the year.
Willingness to travel within Guatemala and to the United States, Ecuador, and other locations, as required, throughout the year.
Valid passport and visa(s) (if applicable) to travel between countries of operations.
Full professional proficiency in English/Spanish, written/spoken.

Master's degree in business or health administration or a related field.
Deep experience in program, project, and budget management (10+ years).
Deep knowledge of prosthetic rehabilitation/prosthetics industry.
Significant experience in a supervisory role (5+ years).
Experience in inventory and supply chain management.
Experience in volunteer/donor management.
Experience in the nonprofit sector.
