What will you do?
1. Monitor and optimize voice platforms for brands like Visible, Total by Verizon, and Straight Talk Wireless.
2. Design and enhance IVR experiences, ensuring seamless connections to agents and other endpoints.
3. Implement Voice AI and personalization strategies to improve customer interactions.
4. Collaborate with Customer Care, Marketing, and Engineering teams to drive self-service adoption.
5. Use data analytics and insights to enhance voice channel performance.
What are we looking for?
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. 6+ years of experience in voice operations, IVR, or automation.
3. Strong analytical and communication skills to influence key strategies.
4. Experience integrating voice platforms, AI, and omnichannel strategies (a plus!).
