Join us as a Consultant, Contact Voice - Routing Optimization at Verizon!
What will you do?
1. Monitor and optimize voice touchpoints, including Toll-Free Numbers (TFN), Virtual Hold, Smart Call Routing, and Call Disposition.
2. Oversee call routing platforms like Avaya, Cisco, and CCAI to enhance efficiency.
3. Develop and implement dynamic "on-hold" experiences to improve customer engagement.
4. Act as a subject matter expert in voice routing solutions, collaborating with key business teams.
5. Use advanced analytics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in voice platforms.
What are we looking for?
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize voice routing.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
4. Experience with voice automation, AI, and self-service strategies (a plus).
