Conversational Channels - Platform Optimization
As a Consultant, Conversational Channels - Platform Optimization, you will be crucial in optimizing and enhancing the efficiency of conversational platforms, including Decisioning Trees, Knowledge Management Systems, and chatbot touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize platforms like chatbots, Decisioning Trees, and Knowledge Management systems across different touchpoints (SMS, WhatsApp, Web, etc.).
Monitor and improve cross-channel performance, focusing on SMS, MMS, RCS, and omnichannel connectivity.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to design and implement efficient integrations.
Provide expertise on conversational platforms and recommend optimization solutions.
Drive innovation through data analysis and strategic planning, enhancing customer experiences.
Manage partnerships with both internal teams and external collaborators to ensure scalable solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Strong analytical skills with experience in optimizing digital platforms and integrations.
Expertise in conversational systems, including chatbots, Decision Trees, and Knowledge Management tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Experience in data analysis and using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
