About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and helping to place candidates. If you have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment and a passion for talent acquisition, we’d love to meet you!


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate placement.
Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, databases).
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Maintain and update candidate records in our recruitment system.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Experience in recruitment or sourcing in Mexico is highly desirable.


Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
