Capgemini Guatemala is looking for a Product Data Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, maintain, and update product data in the system.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and managers to align product data with marketing objectives.
• Assist in creating and maintaining product data reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on proper data usage.
• Identify and resolve data issues to minimize disruptions to marketing activities.
• Support special projects related to product data and marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in product data management, marketing operations, or related fields, with a strong focus on digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
• Experience with data integration, reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and basic knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
