About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and a keen understanding of HR processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and updates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
· Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications and services.
· Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
· Implement and maintain HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management.
· Ensure the seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems.
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSD-related issues.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery.
· Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.


Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in HR.
· 5 to 7 years of experience in HR positions or other roles developing ServiceNow solutions.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD.
· ServiceNow HRSD implementer certification
· Strong understanding of HR processes, such as employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management.
· Experience in requirements gathering, and solution design.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Advanced English proficiency.
