About the role

We are seeking for a highly motivated individual to join our Capgemini Connected Marketing Services team as an Artwork Project Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in creative project management and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

· Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple artwork projects from design through to print package.
· Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, and supply chain and external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers)
· Assist the artwork project managers in meeting agendas, document minutes of meetings (MoMs), and coordinate on all activities related to packaging artwork
· Maintain up-to-date records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets. This includes tracking milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the original plan
· Communicate updates to Artwork project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and highlight potential impacts or risks
· Assist in creating post-project reviews, documentation to summarize lessons learned and recommend improvements
· Assist in compiling all project documents, including regular status reports that highlight progress, challenges, and solutions
· Manage feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency


Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field. (desirable)
· 2+ years of experience in artwork coordination, printing and digital assets creation within a CPG or FMCG environment.
· Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.
· Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
· Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
· Advanced English proficiency.
