Capgemini Guatemala is looking for a Senior Production Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage product data and information to support marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity across all systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and managers to align product data with marketing objectives and campaigns.
• Assist in creating and maintaining product data reports.
• Maintain clear documentation of product data management processes.
• Identify and resolve data issues to minimize disruptions to marketing activities.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in product data management, product information management, or related fields, with a strong focus on digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
• Strong knowledge of data management tools including experience with PIM or similar product data management systems.
• Experience with data integration, reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and basic knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
