The Maintenance Engineer develops the preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to ensure the plant reliability in compliance with Safety and Quality.

Essential Functions
Design, implement and optimize the preventive and predictive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities of the Focus Factory
Verify the compliance of the preventive and predictive maintenance program
Comply with the Focus Factory equipment validation program, to ensure the best performance in the plant
Updated the preventive and predictive maintenance program in SAP of all the equipment installed in the plant based on the Predictive Maintenance optimization model
Ensure the execution of the preventive and predictive maintenance orders and maintenance notifications according to the plan
Develop talent: talent acquisition, training, people movements and communication strategy for the area
Develop maintenance procedures or standard operational procedures and ensure the correct implementation and communication
Manage the budget of the maintenance department and ensure the compliance of our internal financial policies

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electric Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in similar positions for a manufacturing plant.
Intermediate-advanced English level.
Experience managing people.
Desirable SAP basic knowledge
