Job description

Supporting functions that enable effective and efficient delivery of services and products. Partnering with operational teams to improve & transform business processes, optimize knowledge, skills, productivity, quality, and ensure compliance. Includes advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and technology-driven process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:


Technical Activities: Performing technically based tasks and managing projects.
Problem-Solving: Using analytical skills to solve problems and make recommendations.
Stakeholder Interaction: Interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders.
Project Work: Achieving results individually or through project teams.


Requirements:


Education: Typically requires a college or university degree or equivalent work experience.
Competence Development: Gained through structured work assignments and existing procedures.
Business Knowledge: Developed through education or past experience.


Tools and Technologies:


Power BI: Developing and optimizing reports.
Power Apps: Implementing for operational application development.
ETL Processes: Managing for data integration.
Data Models: Developing to optimize business intelligence reporting.
(SQL and .Net)


Additional Activities:


Meeting Participation: Assisting the Business Intelligence team by attending meetings.
Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering data from internal and external customers to generate reports and dashboards.
Operational Reports: Preparing reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Operational Support: Scheduling web meetings and preparing materials for leadership.
Application Development: Designing and developing applications using Power Apps to improve operational efficiency.
Best Practices: Ensuring adherence to best practices in business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization.
Process Improvement: Identifying business process inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
Digital Transformation: Supporting initiatives and designing automated data pipelines for real-time reporting.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with data governance and security policies.
