Monitor staff performance according to the KPI's set.
Collect Department Productivity Records
Work closely with onshore staff as well as with Conduent clients.
In coordination with the Supervisor and other team members represents quality in customer calls, meetings, trainings and as needed.
Perform quality checks and process required adjustments.
Ensure Holds are honored according to the process.
Research account discrepancies when applicable.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity.
Document all required data in daily tracking logs with high level of accuracy.
Undertake inquiries escalated by the direct reports, which may include customer calls and/or client calls.
Ensure that inbound queries/incidents are responded in a timely and professional manner.
In coordination with the Operations Supervisor and recruitment ensures appropriate staffing is met.
In charge of inducting new hires into their roles.
Follows disciplinary actions based on company policies.
Meets with internal teams and clients.
Develop excellent communication skills to ensure that client requirements are understood and implemented accordingly.
