Skilled in redesigning and reformatting content to meet existing standards and guidelines.
Proficient in optimizing content across various prepaid cellular brands to reduce customer contacts by making information accessible, easy to understand, and actionable.
Experience assisting teams in managing content lifecycles and leading content improvement initiatives.
Ability to analyze systems and processes to identify opportunities for content quality improvement.
Experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather and validate accurate information.

Job Duties:
Write and develop Verizon content using company-owned systems to support the full customer telecommunication journey.
Utilize strong decision-making skills and self-reliance to complete content within short time frames.
Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to validate information, ensuring final content is approved and published in various content management systems with minimal oversight.
Evaluate the performance of published content and make adjustments to optimize its effectiveness, including linking content pieces and advising on asset improvements.
Play a key role in the strategic daily operations by ensuring that up-to-date and relevant content is available to users when needed.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in English, History, Journalism, or a related field with a strong focus on writing (preferred).
