Job Track Description:


Assists others in achieving goals.

*Sets clearly defined work and development objectives and target dates for self and team or LOB

*Coordinates and manages the deployment of human and financial resources within team or LOB

*Identifies and introduces effective and efficient ways of organizing and managing programs and operations within team or LOB
