?? STAFF POSITION OPENING: Operations Team Lead
The team leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team of sales representatives, ensuring the achievement of performance targets and the delivery of exceptional customer service. This position has a direct and immediate impact on the overall efficiency and profitability of the company.
?? Skills and Qualifications:
At least one (1) year experience as a Team Leader for an Outbound Sales account in the BPO industry
Previous experience in B2B accounts and CRM is highly preferred
Ability to provide feedback and coaching, and drive a team toward specific goals
Strong leadership skills with a result-oriented mindset
High English proficiency
Schedule availability is a must
Ability to drive sales and KPIs by constantly monitoring agents
?? Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive and exceed team performance
Drive important KPIs on a daily basis remotely by constant coaching
Take escalated calls
Provide support to associates in regard to client priorities and metrics
Conduct coaching, development, and performance management
