Key Responsibilities


Creates Investor materials (slides, scripts, Q&A, press releases) for: earnings, investor conferences, shareholder meetings, analyst days, and other investor communications.
Manages IR vendors
Analyzes and prepares insights on market activity and trends, including implications to Finance's overall strategy, and present them to the leadership team.
Monitor CNDT stock and its peers, watch daily trading activity, create reports and coordinate interactions with our exchange on information and analysis.
Perform ad-hoc business trends and company analysis in support of the Investor Relations (IR) team, Management, and Board.
Manage the IR annual events calendar and oversee all aspects of investor events including conference registration, coordination with administrative support and calendaring software
Perform other ad hoc Investor Relations/FP&A analysis
