As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records. You will also support the broader workforce management efforts of the company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What You'll Do:

? Manage hourly team member time management processes.
? Conduct payroll and compliance audits as necessary.
? Prepare and distribute scheduled and ad hoc payroll and workforce reports.
? Execute payroll-related administrative tasks with accuracy and on time.
? Maintain comprehensive and precise employee records, ensuring payroll information is up to date.
? Handle payroll account reconciliations and address discrepancies.
? Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals.

What We're Looking For:

?? Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
?? Demonstrated experience in accounting reconciliations.
?? Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced) for data analysis and reporting.
?? In-depth understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and best practices.
?? Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment is essential.
?? Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
?? B2 English proficiency.
