Job description:



Experience in HR processes, including disciplinary actions and operational HR tasks.
Manage health and occupational safety topics.
Experience or knowledge in health and occupational safety.
Ability to manage and lead committee sessions.
Focus on HR-related issues, covering for other analysts as needed.
Implement HR follow-up and action plans for projects across Guatemala.
Great English communication skills.
