We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to become part of our amazing contact center family! This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guatemala City.
?? What You'll Be Doing
• Connect with customers over the phone to share great products and services.
• Keep customer information up-to-date in our system.
• Track call activity and customer feedback.
• Stay up to date with the competition and suggest smart selling strategies.
• Provide excellent service and direct inquiries to the right team when needed.
• Handle challenging situations with empathy and confidence.
?? What You’ll Bring to the Team
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 6 months in sales, customer service, in a call center.
• Skills:
o Great communication (both spoken and written).
o Strong attention to detail and organization.
o English level: B2
• Schedule Flexibility
• Commitment: 100% attendance during training (first 90 days).
