Job Title: Entry-Level Licensee Commissions Analyst (Spanish-Speaking)

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and bilingual (Spanish-English) Entry-Level Licensee Commissions Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our global operations by processing royalties, and responding to inquiries across North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific regions. This position requires strong customer service skills, intermediate proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Receive, track, and bill all royalties for North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific regions
Ensure accurate billing and timely payment collection from all licensees in these regions
Work closely with Remittance Processing to provide instructions for cash application on a daily basis
Collect from licensees in North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific
Fill and resolve all inquiries, disputes, and requests for backup documentation from licensees in North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific
Provide effective customer service to maintain positive relationships with licensees
Process all Buy/Sell transfers for LAC countries with multiple owners
Communicate correction memos to non-Wizard Licensees
Collaborate with Central Billing and process Tour Voucher rentals that could not be entered in a timely manner
Review Latin America aging for cash errors impacting the cash adjustment team
Bill Waymo invoices, produce monthly GL report and collect and apply payments
Maintain and distribute LAC billing spreadsheet for Craig Olson and Matt Lubertazzi
Adhoc tasks and projects as required.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal communication)
Strong ability to handle inquiries and disputes in a professional and courteous manner
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and use formulas
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across various regions
Previous experience in finance, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required for this entry-level position
