As a Commercial Assistant, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying customer prospects, contributing to the success of the sales team by creating new business opportunities. This role requires a dynamic, proactive, and creative approach to identifying prospect needs, effectively managing the lead database, and ensuring their conversion into viable opportunities for the sales team.

What you’ll do:

? Actively generate new leads and prospects through multiple sources.
? Qualify leads by identifying their needs and level of interest in the company’s products.
? Execute outreach and initial negotiation strategies to generate interest in the company’s products.
? Maintain constant communication with prospects, ensuring their engagement throughout the qualification process.
? Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads receive appropriate follow-up.
? Monitor and report key metrics on lead generation and performance.
? Collaborate with the commercial team to improve strategies and increase lead conversion rates.

?? Proven experience in a similar role.
?? Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively in both Spanish and English (B1 level).
?? Ability to thrive in a dynamic, goal-oriented sales environment.

Location: Guatemala, Zone 11
Salary: Q5,400 base salary + Q600 attendance bonus + commissions
Language requirement: English level B1 required (conversational)
