We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate transaction recording, end-to-end process control, and generating reports. They will manage internal and external queries, assist in Group and statutory reporting, and participate in finance/tax projects. The role also involves providing process expertise and training junior staff.

General Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and precise recording of transactions in accounting systems according to Group and local accounting and tax regulations.
Oversee the entire process from start to finish.
Create both standard and custom reports for internal use.
Handle queries from both internal and external stakeholders involved in the process.
Assist with Group and statutory external reporting, including drafting tax returns and disclosure notes.
Participate in internal projects that affect finance and tax areas.
Provide expertise on processes to other involved parties and manage/train junior staff engaged in the process.

Qualifications:
Background in finance.
Intermediate level of English proficiency.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy, while also understanding the overall process and bigger picture.
Practical knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations.
Ability to manage and take responsibility for end-to-end processes.
Capable of independently solving day-to-day issues and suggesting improvements.
Proficient in accounting/reporting systems and MS Excel.
