We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to support our sales operations in Guatemala. The ideal candidate will have experience in solar energy product sales and possess strong communication and client relationship skills. This role requires a proactive professional who is capable of working independently to identify new sales opportunities and support customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Book and attend business meetings with potential clients to generate sales opportunities.
Manage all contracts and paperwork associated with deals and sales.
Coordinate product delivery with the operations team and ensure client satisfaction.
Provide feedback and market insights to the sales manager.
Assist with achieving sales targets and goals set by the sales leadership.
Travel as needed to attend meetings and secure new clients, including travel to interior regions of the country.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in solar energy products and sales.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of how solar equipment works.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using a computer for business operations.
Language Skills: Conversational English is required.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the solar energy industry in Guatemala.
Work Ethic: Independent worker, self-starter with strong initiative.
Availability: Willingness and ability to travel to the interior of the country as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in business development and customer service.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
