We are seeking for a highly motivated individual to join our Capgemini Connected Marketing Services team as an Artwork Manager. This position will work closely with a key client’s global innovation and design teams and support the client team with delivery of packaging artwork projects. Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee the multiple packaging artwork projects from design through to print package. • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (marketing, design, R&D, regulatory, supply chain) and external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers). • Sets agenda, and clearly defines cross-functional responsibilities from project start to completion. • Facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. • Maintain up-to-date records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets. This includes tracking milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the original plan. • Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays in the artwork development process and implement solutions to mitigate them. • Compile regular artwork project reports that highlight progress, challenges, and solutions. Communicate these findings to senior artwork project managers and cross-functional teams to keep everyone informed and engaged. • Manage feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency. • Act as a mentor/coach for associate artwork project managers and project coordinators.
