This role supports the HR Department in the execution of all processes and procedures to ensure the proper management of all personnel.
?? Skills and Qualifications:
- At least six (6) months tenure in a similar position
- Experience working in the BPO industry is a plus
- University degree holder (Psychology or BA)
- 85% English level or above is indispensable
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Thorough knowledge of Guatemala’s labor laws
- Ability to multitask and be proactive
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stress
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Schedule flexibility
?? Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct New Hire Induction and compile all policies
- Complete, register, and file all new employee contracts
- Resolve day-to-day employee concerns
- Conduct monthly focus groups to gather information on employee satisfaction (including but not limited to Leadership, environment, culture, possible issues, pending follow-up, benefits, and possible improvements)
