?? STAFF POSITION OPENING: TEMP Talent Acquisition Recruiter
The TEMP Talent Acquisition Recruiter is the first point of contact for all prospective employees, ensuring that the candidate's experience is positive and productive. This role also will handle processes as background verifications, interviews, etc.
?? Skills and Qualifications:
Possess advanced communication skills, both spoken and written
Goal oriented and motivated to reach monthly KPIs
Previous profile selection experience is a MUST
Experience in the BPO Industry and massive recruiting
Advanced Excel skills and computer skills
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Open to feedback and stress tolerance
Excellent customer service skills and mindset
Strong active listening skills and the ability to build rapport
Exceptional phone etiquette and face-to-face professionalism
Ability to follow direction and accept coaching
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field preferred
?? Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform pre-evaluations over the phone
Conduct candidates interviews
Identify candidate’s profile and follow up with the complete process
Provide accurate information about current hiring positions to candidates
Report final results and additional performance trackers
Perform English evaluations and other necessary evaluations as needed
May support front desk with candidate organization and administrative tasks
Follow up with hiring managers and final interviews
Create and complete reporting and other tasks related to talent acquisition in a timely manner
