2018 was an amazing year! We have successfully implemented and ramped a new telecommunication program to 310 employees; moreover, we ramped up our first program operations to 200+ new employees while launching five different lines of business. Now VXI GUATEMALA is over 750+ employees.

I am proud that 2018 was the year launched our first lead development program and provided an internal career opportunity to sixty new leaders in their respective areas; Associate Directors, Operations Managers, Team Managers, Quality Assurance Analysts, Subject Mattere Experts, Reporting Analysts, Human Resources Generalists, & Trainers. All of these place VXI in an excellent position to be a great leader in the local IT-BPO/BPM industry by displaying a positive work environment, great salary, and opportunities for growth. This is an important step towards realizing our goal of becoming the employer of choice.

Let us continue to work together to grow our VXI family – new LOBs, 3000+ new positions in the next three years, a new site – all of these are possible if we continue to embrace the same passion for amazing workplace attitude and authentic leadership. We look forward to enriching everyone’s career in 2019.
